X-Ray Diffraction Facility
 

The X-ray diffraction facility maintains a fully-automated Rigaku Ultima Plus theta-theta diffractometer with a multi-purpose sample holder.  Qualitative identification of a broad variety of solid phases is possible, in addition to quantitative determination of the weight percents of the various components.
